Availability of the following products: hair dryer, non-slip mats for the bathroom, towels, slippers, cotton buds, cotton, shower caps, toothbrush, shaving kit, religious texts, sewing kit, shoehorn, stationery and everything that may prove useful during your stay.
The laundry and dry cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday. The linen delivered by 10.00 will be returned at 17.00 on the following day.

The Seasons Restaurant offers the traditional flavors of Apulian cuisine revisited in a contemporary way. From Monday to Friday it hosts the City Brunch, the perfect combination of an easy buffet lunch and all the quality and variety of culinary proposals that our land offers. Every morning we are waiting for you with our rich American Breakfast, the best in Italy.

Our Hotel is happy to welcome your 4-legged friends. To offer them a pleasant stay respecting the needs of all our guests, we defined a dedicated protocol that we invite you to consult before your arrival: 

- Small and medium-sized pets weighing between 12 and 15 kg are allowed 

- A one-off fee of €25.00 is required, employed for a more thorough cleaning with specific detergents and sanitizers, used to guarantee our high standards of cleanliness even in the presence of pets. 

- To meet the needs of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the wellness areas. 

- In all common areas, pets must always be kept on a leash or in a special carrier.

- Under no circumstances can pets be left alone in the room. 

- It is absolutely forbidden to let your pet get on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc. 

- For safety reasons and to ensure the well-being of your pet, the Maid will not clean the room if the pet is left alone. If you are present during the time of cleaning, your pet must be on a leash or in the appropriate pet carrier. Please inform the reception about the appropriate time to clean the room. 

- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may be caused by animals.
