The Small Meetings space is on the second floor but if necessary, meeting rooms are also available in the Great Events space.

The Nicolaus Hotel offers two solutions:

BASIC MEETING

Room with artificial light with maximum capacity of 25 people, set up in horseshoe layout and with basic facilities provided:
screen, flip chart, stationery supplies, free fibre optic Wi-Fi, mineral water

PREMIUM MEETING

Room with natural light with maximum capacity of 25 people, set up in horseshoe layout and with basic facilities provided:
screen, flip chart, stationery supplies, refreshments, coffee machine, free fibre optic Wi-Fi, mineral water

The meeting rooms (Andromeda, Auriga, Cigno, Orione, Perseo and Pegaso), all of which have natural light, are equipped with all necessary audio visual facilities. All the rooms overlook a terrace garden and can be combined to give two rooms of 120 and 150 seats. Reception desk and bar on floor.
